Hannah Shaw is a kitten rescuer, humane educator, and New York Times bestselling author who has dedicated her life to finding innovative ways to protect animals. Her project, Kitten Lady, strives to create global change in the way we perceive and treat the tiniest and most vulnerable felines.

Andrew Marttila is professional animal photographer best known for his captivating images of felines. He reaches hundreds of thousands of cat lovers through social media where he documents his travels promoting shelters across the country, taking photos for clients, and snuggling his cat, Haroun. Andrew's photography has been featured in Catster, Vanity Fair, Real Simple, and The Guardian, and on CNN and MSNBC, among others. Andrew is the photographer behind Shop Cats of New York and Cats on Catnip. He lives in San Diego, CA.
Adam Myatt is not your normal crazy cat lady. What started as a simple photography hobby featuring his community's feral 'Hoodcats,' quickly turned into a life changing journey which lead to helping co-found the first permanent cat cafe in the USA. Before opening the Cat Town Cafe and Adoption Center, Myatt took an inspirational trip to Japan to see cat cafes in action, and visit two of the feral cat islands. Then in the fall of 2016, he embarked on the #CatManAcrossAmeowica road trip, where he visted more than a dozen open cat cafe's across North America. Nikki Martinez works in feline welfare and rescue in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is the foster mom behind @myfosterkittens on Instagram and the founder of Fostering a Purpose (a company with the purpose of giving back to animal welfare organizations). Nikki has fostered hundreds of cats and kittens and specializes in caring for critical care and neonatal kittens. Nikki serves on the Board of Directors for C5 in Las Vegas is an active TNR (trap-neuter-return) trapper who is making an effort to reduce the feral cat population. Her work with C5 helps to prevent unnecessary euthanasia of healthy feral and free-roaming cats by providing trap, neuter and return TNR program to the community. She is committed to teaching and guiding others to do the same in their community
Mikel Delgado has been helping humans understand cats for almost twenty years. She is the co-owner of the cat behavior consulting business Feline Minds, and previously worked as a cat behavior specialist at the SF/SPCA. She is especially passionate about improving cats' lives through play and enrichment!
Mikel received her PhD from UC Berkeley, where she studied animal behavior and the human-animal relationship. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the School of Veterinary Medicine at UC Davis, researching the social and developmental behavior of cats. Mikel is co-author with Jackson Galaxy of the recent book "Total Cat Mojo," and she blogs about cats and science at catsandsquirrels.com.
A Licensed Veterinary Technician since 1996 and working exclusively with the feline patient since 2002, Ellen(The CAT LVT)has seen how cats were poorly cats are treated and how they should be treated in veterinary medicine. She currently resides at NOVA CAT CLINIC in Arlington, VA and runs the Chris Griffey Memorial Feline Foundation, a 501c3 dedicated to the critical feline neonate and pediatric cases. Lecturing on the veterinary circuit, she believes the veterinary hospital should be transparent and honest with the care given to the feline patient no matter the age. She has been featured in “AAHA Trends Magazine” and “Today’s Veterinary Nurse” as well the social media news “LOVE MEOW “and “The DODO “with her work on saving critical kittens instead of euthanasia. Chris Ramon is a regular guy. In 2014 he TNR’d his first cat. It was that one cat that changed his life forever and made him realize he wanted to do more for the cat community. Chris left behind a career in fashion and retail operations to peruse animal welfare full time. After 2 years he was fully submerged in feline welfare and is never looking back.

Kate Benjamin is the founder of Hauspanther LLC and editor of the popular cat style blog hauspanther.com. Hauspanther's mission is to spread the word about how good design can enhance the way we live with cats, improving our lives and the lives of our beloved feline companions. Kate specializes in helping people live stylishly with cats, bringing them product information and interior design tips to help Catify their homes. Kate also designs a line of innovative cat furniture in partnership with Primetime Petz.
Kate has been interviewed as a cat style expert by The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, USA Today, and CBS Sunday Morning. Samantha Bell, @yohananddesmond, has been working with shelter cats and cat behavior for over 20 years. Samantha has been involved with rescuing, transporting, fostering, socializing, and placing thousands of shelter cats in homes. For the past 6 years she has been the Cat Behavior & Enrichment Lead for Best Friends Animal Society in Los Angeles. Since she began her career with Best Friends in 2013, Samantha has been able to provide socialization, enrichment, and a great deal of TLC to tens of thousands of cats in her care, increasing adult cat adoptions by record amounts. She is a member of the IAABC, and stays ahead of the curve in feline behavior through constant research to improve Best Friends' Cat Behavior department, which she created. Samantha also does private cat behavior consulting and has been a Trainer-Mentor for The Jackson Galaxy Project’s Cat Pawsitive Pro program since 2016. Samantha lives with 3 former shelter cats (and a diverse assortment of foster cats) who provide endless amusement, fascinating behavior subjects, and adorable photos for their many Instagram fans.
Megan Kott has been working as a professional illustrator since 2006. In addition to creating beautiful watercolor pet portraits and traveling the craft fair circuit - Megan designs graphics, illustrations, and textiles for a variety of clients including Chronicle Books, Maximum Fun, Meowbox, and Tea Collection. When she isn't painting cats, she enjoys looking at animals in predicaments, drinking coffee, and sitting on her porch when the weather is pleasant. In addition to being an artist, she is a lifelong cat lover - her first word was "kitty." Her current work is created in Milwaukee, WI alongside her husband and 3 mischievous cats.
Nadia Oseguera, @nadiaoseguera, is the Manager of Foster Care at the ASPCA. She started fostering orphaned kittens with the support of a small feline rescue before landing her dream job with the ASPCA L.A. Foster Team. As a foster volunteer, she bottle-fed neonates, socialized fearful kittens, and helped mother cats raise their babies. Fostering also opened her eyes to the importance of spay/neuter, especially for community cats. Now, managing a program that has impacted nearly 5,000 lives, she gets to educate foster caregivers, work alongside county animal care centers, and be part of team of professional feline advocates – all while promoting positive outcomes for cats in Los Angeles.
